📦 What are your shipping options?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders include free standard shipping, and expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
🧊 How should I store the products upon arrival?
Please refrigerate or freeze all perishable items—such as patties—immediately upon arrival. Detailed storage instructions can be found on each product’s packaging and product page.
🍽️ Do you offer customized orders?

📬 How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
🔁 What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (such as damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
